ROK Comics Creator is a set of tools for both web and WAP that provides users with the ability to make comics, cartoons, greeting cards and caption their own images. The service comes complete with predefined background images, cartoon characters and speech bubbles. The user can also upload their own images and store them for use whenever they want. Once a user has finished making their creation they can send it by SMS or email to as many friends as they wish. The email message is sent for free but the SMS messages are chargeable and sent via WAP push.

The service is both web and WAP. Both can be rebranded to be used as a VAS for existing brands. The web service works on all computers with internet access and current web browser.

ROK Comics is managed directly from the UK. Depending on the service, the content may have to be moderated. As user-generated material is the biggest growth area for both web and WAP, the ROK comic's tools allows users to easily generate material and both publish and distribute to friends.
