Pirates of the Caribbean / Shrek / National Treasure writer/producer co-helms series

Fun Little Movies

London, United Kingdom and Los Angeles, California (16 October 2008): ROK Entertainment Group Inc. (OTCBB: ROKE), the global mobile entertainment group, announces that its subsidiary, Fun Little Movies (FLM), has been selected as a finalist for Best Original Programming, Mobile for the 2008 Mobile Excellence Awards (www.mobileXawards.com ) presented by Mobile Monday Global. FLM, based in Burbank, California, specializes in the development, production and distribution of original video content for global distribution to mobile network operators.

"Fun Little Movies is very thankful, both for this recognition, and to the creators/writer/directors of the Turbo Dates series, Jocelyn Stamat and Terry Rossio. Rossio served as the writer and/or producer of several Hollywood hit film franchises including Shrek, Aladdin, Pirates of the Caribbean and National Treasure, so it's quite natural for he and Stamat to create content that rises to this level." Jocelyn Stamat is both a former Chicago Second City writer performer, as well as an M.D., a Harvard Literature graduate, a Duke Medical School graduate, and former chief resident of Northwestern University.

"The companies chosen as finalists/winners for the 2008 Mobile Excellence Awards are visionaries and creative leaders who are driving the transformation of the mobile entertainment industry," said Jari Tammisto, Founder and Chairman of Mobile Monday Global. "We are proud to have honored them as a finalist of the Best Original Programming category and look forward to a seeing more companies like them this coming year."

In 2008 Fun Little Movies was also recognized for beating Orange and MTV in Cannes for The Content Award sponsored by Nokia. Their next project, an environmental satire titled "No News is Good News," (starring Debra Skelton {formerly Debra Wilson} from Fox's Mad TV, Goodnight Burbank star Hayden Black, and the infamous Kato Kaelin,) can be seen alongside Turbo Dates on the www.FunLittleMovies.com/movies.html site.
